A few weeks ago, after spending the week in D.C. I came home to this. I guess my mom got carried away after feeding Kate.

Let me paint a picture for you...

The kids stayed with my parents during our recent trip to Florida. When we got home, my mom surprised us with the news that she'd been teaching Kate to drink from a sippy cup (something I wasn't planning to do for another 5-6 months).

So - typical of most 2 year olds (and every man around the world regardless of age), Connor will take a sip from his cup of milk, then throw it on the ground and head for his favorite toy. In the mean time, Kate is lurking around the corner with her sites set on his cup. She sweeps out of the shadows like a flash and before I know it, she's drinking from his sippy cup. UGH - THANKS MOM!

Me: Kate!!!! You're too young for milk...and too young for sippy cups!!!
Kate: ??????
Me: Connor, seriously stop throwing your cup on the ground.
Connor: Dog! Bubbles!!!!
Me: OMG, I need a drink.
