Its official, Ross "dropped" Kate this weekend. He was changing her on the ottoman (not an approved diaper changing location) and she rolled right off. Let me tell you...she was pissed!!!! Not hurt - just really, really pissed off. She definitely let him have it and may have punctured his eardrum while telling him what she thought of him.
Total fall height - approx. 1.5 feet.
Landing - on her back and on the carpet
Screaming - reached pitches higher than Mariah Carey/Celine Dion

We all know Kate rules the roost! Hope she doesn't hold it against you when she is a teen.
Iguess, Start out on the floor and invest in some earplugs. There will be lots of other occasions the earplugs will come in handy!

Dropped is not the proper term here. I would have to be holding her to drop her. I think this is more of lapse in judgement on my part. She gashed my forehead with her fingernails and kung-fu grip last week so we are even.
Yea, been there done that Ross! And I'm her the full-time mommy. Just wait for the accidental closing of fingers in doors, or elbows to the head, or tripping your kid in the parking lot and skinning up their knee....fortunately on the way into the grocery store so that we could bandage immediately!
